My friends took me to this lovely Hanoi day tour . Nice walk around the old quarter with quaint restaurant with trained service staff. Warm welcome and attentive guide. He ask what you like and dislike and would cater to your needs. Good walking foody trip and the amount of food is plenty and usually more than enough, worth the peny !
