A highlight of our vacation was a cooking class offered by Foodie Tours. We learned to make a regional specialty roll with a pork filling and egg coffee. The master cook who taught us was kind and patient — those rolls are tricky! Our guide and translator gave us an excellent overview of the recent food history of Vietnam. It was so awesome and we had so much fun that we ran over our allotted time. We definitely recommend trying this.
